I'm having issues with a "Not Guaranteed" trade I accepted. What do I do?

Please check the following guidelines whenever you have issues with a not guaranteed trade by Indiegala.

1. If the error message you receive when trying to activate the code on Steam is "Product already owned", it means you already own this game on that account, therefore you will not be able to activate it, unless you try this on another Steam account or gift it to a friend.

2. If the error message you receive when trying to activate the code on Steam is "Invalid Product Code", please check if you copied the serial number correctly from your profile, then try again. Also, please log out and log in into your Steam account again before doing this. If you continue to receive this error message after doing this, it means that you received an invalid product code from the person you traded with and you will need to leave a negative feedback from your profile for this user.

3. If the error message you receive when trying to activate the code on Steam is "Duplicate Product Code", unfortunatelly this means that the serial number you received has been used by someone else already and you will need to leave a negative feedback immediately for this user from your profile page, where you received the serial number.

4. We remind you that accepting a NOT GUARANTEED trade on our site, means accepting the possibility that the serial number you receive may not be valid or may be already used by someone and in this cases Indiegala can not help you get a working serial number. However, please make sure you always leave a feedback from your profile after trying to activate a key and we'll make sure this user will be penalized.
